We recently completed a premium frameless glass railing installation for a front porch in Richmond Hill. This project featured 12 mm clear tempered glass panels with sleek black hardware and a minimalist rectangular aluminum handrail. The goal was to create a modern, open look without sacrificing safety — and the result is stunning.

Our Process

• Consultation & Measurements

We began by confirming the client’s vision for a fully open Porch view. Precise measurements were taken to fabricate Custom Glass panels and Hardware placement.

• Surface Preparation

The Porch surface was leveled and cleaned to ensure secure mounting of the glass hardware and alignment of the Railing System.

• Hardware Installation

Black powder-coated Spigots were mounted on the Glass Panel along the porch edge. These support the Frameless Glass securely while keeping the aesthetic minimal.

• Glass Panel Placement

Each 12 mm Tempered Glass Panel was carefully Installed onto the Spigots. Edges were aligned with millimeter precision to maintain a clean and continuous line across the railing.

• Handrail Installation

A Rectangular Black Aluminum Handrail was mounted atop the Glass Panels, providing additional stability without compromising the Frameless look.

• Final Polish & Inspection

After installation, all components were checked for safety and alignment. The Glass was cleaned to a spotless shine, and the job site was left immaculate.
