We recently completed a custom Aluminum Picket Railing Installation for a Front Porch in Richmond Hill. This project featured a durable SR100 Aluminum Handrail paired with vertical Pickets, all powder-coated in black for a timeless and low-maintenance finish. Our Process

• Consultation & Measurements

We started by reviewing the client’s style preferences and safety requirements. Measurements were taken precisely to fabricate the railing sections to fit the porch layout.

• Surface Preparation

The porch surface was cleaned and prepped for post installation. We ensured all mounting points were secure and leveled.

• Hardware Installation

Black powder-coated Spigots were mounted on the Glass Panel along the porch edge. These support the Frameless Glass securely while keeping the aesthetic minimal.

• Post & Frame Installation

Aluminum posts and bottom rails were anchored into the porch surface using heavy-duty fasteners for a solid structural base.

• Picket & Handrail 

AssemblyVertical pickets were inserted and spaced evenly, followed by the installation of the SR100 handrail — a sleek and sturdy profile that complements the overall design.

• Final Touches

The entire system was inspected for alignment, strength, and finishing quality. Surfaces were cleaned, and the job site was tidied up to complete the professional look.
