About This Project

We recently completed a full Balcony upgrade in Richmond Hill, which included the Installation of new Aluminum Picket Railings and a brand-new Deck Surface. The Railing System features the SR100 Aluminum Handrail and classic vertical Pickets — all finished in durable black powder coating. Combined with the newly installed Deck Boards, this transformation gave the Balcony a fresh, safe, and low-maintenance look.

Our Process

• On-Site Assessment & PlanningWe began by inspecting the existing balcony structure and discussing design preferences with the client. Custom measurements were taken for both the deck and railing layout.

• Deck Demolition & RebuildThe old decking was removed and replaced with new pressure-treated boards, securely fastened and leveled to ensure longevity and proper water runoff.

• Post & Railing InstallationAluminum posts and frames were installed directly onto the new deck surface. SR100 handrails and vertical pickets were then assembled, ensuring code-compliant spacing and structural integrity.

• Finishing & InspectionAll surfaces were cleaned, hardware double-checked, and the overall system aligned for safety and appearance. The result is a polished and functional balcony upgrade.
